About The Integration
The integration between Open Health Hub and Firely enables fast and reliable use of FHIR data in real-world care processes. Firely provides the FHIR infrastructure and tooling, while Open Health Hub focuses on applying that data in patient and professional forms, hybrid care pathways, and operational workflows. Together, this integration bridges the gap between FHIR data availability and practical use. Structured data can be captured, validated, visualized, and orchestrated across care settings, without requiring custom development per use case. This supports healthcare organizations and integration teams in moving from FHIR compliance to FHIR-enabled care delivery.
How To Connect This
Open Health Hub is designed to work closely with Firely-based FHIR implementations. We collaborate actively with Firely and other ecosystem partners, and this alignment is reflected in how integrations are configured and managed within the platform. The connection with Firely is configured through the Open Health Hub admin and settings environment. Secure FHIR endpoints, authentication, authorization, and governance settings are configured in a structured and transparent way. This allows teams to connect existing Firely FHIR servers and tooling to Open Health Hub without complex or project-heavy setup. This configuration-driven approach enables rapid onboarding and supports use cases such as structured data capture, FHIR data visualization, hybrid care pathways, and interoperability testing, while maintaining control, security, and alignment with interoperability standards.
