Responsible disclosure

Discovered a security vulnerability? Let us know.

At Open Health Hub, we prioritize the security of our products and services to protect our users. Safeguarding their privacy is of utmost importance. Our dedicated teams continuously monitor our systems. However, despite our best efforts, vulnerabilities may still occur. If you suspect you’ve found a security flaw in any of our networks or systems, we encourage you to report it to us.

We appreciate your cooperation in addressing the issue as quickly as possible and request that you share relevant details with us. To prevent misuse of potential vulnerabilities, please follow these guidelines:

  • Report security vulnerabilities (or suspected vulnerabilities) to us using the form below. This form can also be submitted anonymously. If you prefer to send an email security@openhealthhub.com.
  • Provide sufficient details (such as a clear description, IP addresses, logs, steps to reproduce, screenshots, etc.) so we can assess and resolve the issue efficiently.
  • Do not disclose information about the vulnerability to others until it has been properly fixed.
  • Do not exploit the vulnerability. Misuse may result in legal action.

Once we receive a report, we will respond within two business days to coordinate a reasonable timeframe for resolution and, if applicable, discuss a responsible disclosure process.
