Open Health Hub and Mediis are starting a collaboration to further strengthen digital support in primary care. This partnership marks another step toward hybrid care pathways, improved interoperability, and greater patient empowerment.
New collaboration: Mediis and Open Health Hub
Mediis and Open Health Hub are joining forces to enhance digital support, hybrid care, and patient empowerment. Through integrations with systems such as Sanday, Promedico ASP, and Medicom, healthcare professionals will be better supported in their daily workflows, while patients gain more control over their own care pathways.
We would like to thank the Mediis team, and in particular Bregje, Mayke, Michiel, and Anouk, for their trust and the pleasant collaboration. The focus now is on a smooth implementation so that care groups and practices can quickly experience the benefits in daily practice.
This collaboration builds on our earlier partnership with Gedeelde Zorg in the region and marks a next step in strengthening primary care through better digital support and interoperability. A positive development for all organizations involved and, most importantly, for their patients.
