Open Health Hub Goes Live for MATAO Study in Swiss GO Clinical Research

Marco Woesthuis, MD

Sales Lead

Open Health Hub is now live as the digital data capture platform for the MATAO study, part of the Swiss GO clinical trials program. The study is using our app to collect structured questionnaire data from participants, enabling high-quality, standardized clinical data to be gathered efficiently and securely.

Enabling digital data capture for clinical research

For the MATAO study, Open Health Hub’s platform is being used to deliver questionnaires directly to participants, guiding them through structured data collection outside the clinic. By digitizing this process, the study team gains timely access to standardized participant responses without the delays and variability of paper-based methods.

Supporting quality and compliance in clinical settings

The platform’s structured capture and secure handling of participant information supports research rigor and compliance with data governance standards. Using digital questionnaires helps ensure that responses are complete, consistent, and easily traceable, helping study teams focus on analysis rather than manual data cleanup.

Real-world interoperability for research and care

The MATAO study demonstrates how digitally enabled data collection can integrate seamlessly into complex clinical research environments. Open Health Hub’s use in this setting highlights its flexibility—not just for care pathways and clinical operations, but also as a tool for structured data capture in research contexts where reliability and interoperability matter.
