Sanday and Open Health Hub have partnered to deliver smart, fully integrated digital questionnaires within the ASP platform. Through this collaboration, validated screening tools can be sent directly from ASP to patients and automatically processed back into the GP system as structured data. The integration combines seamless workflow alignment with standards-based interoperability.
A partnership built on practical interoperability
The collaboration focuses on making digital solutions work within existing GP workflows. By embedding structured data capture directly into ASP and aligning with FHIR standards, the partnership ensures secure and reliable data exchange between patient, portal, and GP system. This approach removes manual steps and reduces administrative burden while maintaining clinical control.
From structured data to usable insight
Beyond digital questionnaires, the integration includes access to FHIR-based dashboards and a FHIR Viewer. This enables healthcare professionals and IT teams to inspect, validate, and interpret structured data directly. Questionnaire results are not just stored—they are visible, traceable, and reusable within the EHR, supporting better preparation and more informed consultations.
Scalable and future-ready across practices
Because the solution is developed in close alignment with the Sanday platform, it can be rolled out efficiently across ASP practices without complex implementation projects. Built on sustainable FHIR standards, the partnership provides a foundation for future expansion into hybrid care pathways and broader interoperability initiatives within primary care.
